Enter your League definition. Specify whether it is a round-robin (RR) or knockout (KO) league. If it is a KO then specify the type of seeding to use, advantage or equitable. Define the number of players in a team, enter the team name and the names of players. If your league is a 'RR' specify whether this is a split league and if so the number of divisions. Specify period (DAYS) between matches, duration of match and the kick off time. |

The team names and make-up of teams can then be printed for distribution, as can the match fixture list which can be printed for each team. The fixture list is available for home and away fixtures only. |

The 'Organiser' software calculates matches and round dates. The calculated round dates can be adjusted. |

For centres with a number of pitches a booking system is included which keeps track of the pitch bookings. Leagues and competitions which are played within the centre can have pitches allocated by the software. A day-sheet can also be printed showing the pitches booked and the pitches available for booking. |

Enter match results. Match results are entered on a simple entry form. For 'RR' leagues a league table, which is calculated from your points definition i.e. two/three points for a win, one for a draw and none for losing can be displayed and printed. An 'HTM' file can also be generated containing the league table which can be uploaded to the club web site. |

All results can be printed for distribution. Points are allocated via a menu option and can be set by the league secretary. A 'Contacts' feature is included to keep track of names addresses and phone numbers of other match secretaries and team captains. Address labels can be printed. |

These lists can also be printed for distribution to players/team captains. Address labels can also be printed for all or any of the names recorded in this system. A Diary / Reminder feature is also included which can be used by the league secretary for any reminders he requires. |
